Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Dallas Team Behind Linden Air Duct Dallas
We’re a local crew, not a rotating cast. The technicians who show up at your door in Dallas are the same people who answer questions at the office, load the Rotobrush equipment into the van, and stand behind the work when the job is done. Most of us have been running ductwork in North Texas heat long enough to know that a properly sealed return in a 1960s Lakewood home behaves nothing like new construction in Frisco. What unites us is simple: we treat your house like we’re going to be invited back, because in this city, word travels block by block.
Every person on this page is background-checked, identity-verified, and photo-badged under The Threshold Standard. Before anyone arrives at your home, you’ll receive their name and photo. When they knock, they’ll show a photo ID badge at the door. No surprises, no strangers.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Danny R., Lead Technician
Danny has been pulling dust, pet hair, and the occasional forgotten Happy Meal toy out of Dallas ductwork for eleven years. He runs our negative-pressure extraction setups, which means he’s the one configuring the Rotobrush and Nikro systems to pull debris out of your vents without spreading it through the house. His specialty is older homes built between 1950 and 1980, the ones where flex duct has gone brittle and returns were undersized from day one. Danny grew up in Mesquite and still thinks the best brisket in the county comes from a place that doesn’t advertise. If he tells you your return air chase needs attention, he can show you the photo from inside the plenum to prove it.
Bianca M., Senior Installer
Bianca leads our air duct repair jobs, which usually means she’s the one crawling under a pier-and-beam foundation in East Dallas or working in an attic that hits 130 degrees in July. She’s certified in air duct repair and replacement and has a particular knack for matching new duct sections to existing systems without creating airflow bottlenecks. Before joining Linden, Bianca spent six years doing residential HVAC rough-ins, which is why she reads blueprints like a second language. She keeps a small notebook in her back pocket with sketches of every unusual plenum transition she’s ever built. Ask her about the time she found a live wasp nest inside a return box in Garland. She’ll tell you, but only after the job is done.
Paul S., Service Coordinator
Paul is the voice you’ll most likely hear when you call (361) 309-3153. He’s been with us since 2019 and knows the Dallas service map cold: which neighborhoods have older galvanized ductwork, which HOAs require advance notice for work vehicles, and how to route a technician from Oak Cliff to Richardson without sitting on 635 for an hour. Paul’s job is to make sure you know exactly who’s coming, when they’ll arrive, and what the written price covers before anyone steps foot on your property. He’s originally from the Texas Hill Country and still pronounces “guadalupe” like he’s ordering it at a river outfitter. If you’ve got a scheduling question or just want to know whether your vents need a cleaning or a repair, Paul will give you a straight answer without a sales script.
Miles T., Apprentice Technician
Miles joined the crew two years ago after finishing a trade program at Dallas College. He’s the second set of hands on most jobs, running the dryer vent lint trap bypass equipment, sealing access points, and shadowing Danny and Bianca on diagnostics. His attention to detail is what got him hired: during his working interview, he flagged a disconnected flex duct in a crawlspace that two previous companies had missed. Miles lives in Irving and is currently restoring a 1987 Ford F-150, which means he either smells like diesel fuel or sheet metal on any given Monday. He’s also the one who takes before-and-after photos of your ducts, so you’ll see exactly what was removed and what the finished job looks like.
One Standard, Every Job
The four people above are the ones you’ll actually meet, but they work inside a system that has been operating since 2004 as part of the Threshold Group family. The Threshold Standard is not a marketing phrase around here. It’s a checklist that applies to every appointment: written price before any work begins, a written guarantee on every repair with a 365-day Done Right Promise, and a free second visit if a covered repair doesn’t hold. Every technician arrives in a clean, marked uniform. Their name and photo are sent to you before the visit. A live person answers the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you never sit in a voicemail queue. The equipment is professional-grade, including Rotobrush and Nikro systems, and we work with air-quality products from Honeywell, Aprilaire, Abatement Technologies, and Guardsman. Same standard in Lake Highlands, Preston Hollow, Oak Cliff, or anywhere else in Dallas. It’s how Marcus Veale has run the Dallas location since the beginning, and it’s not changing.
